- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the site/project.
- Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
- Coordinating with various Banks for Project Approval for funding to clients and smooth disbursement.
- Legal Technical Documentation Verification of new launch Project.
- Actively participated in the unit sales planning and generated unit action plans for exceeding and achieving sales targets.
- Prepared and gathered accurate reports on all sales-related activities.
- Generated new business via outdoor/outbound marketing calls, local sales promotions, seminars, and presentations.
- Gave justifications for deviations and waivers from standard pricing
- Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post-closure relationship management
