The Sales Coordinator in the real estate industry is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the sales team, including real estate agents and brokers.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist agents with daily tasks and maintain client databases.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, handling inquiries and scheduling viewings.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Create property listings, manage online marketing, and coordinate promotional events.
- **Transaction Coordination**: Facilitate property transactions, track progress, and ensure complete documentation.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records of listings, sales, and client interactions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and prepare market analysis reports.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize Microsoft Office and real estate software for tasks.
- **Team Support**: Provide support to real estate agents and brokers, assisting in their sales efforts.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of real estate terminology and processes.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
