**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Lead and supervise all factory operations related to retail fabrication, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- **Team Management**: Manage and mentor a team of craftsmen, carpenters, painters, and laborers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- **Production Oversight**: Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste, ensuring timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials and supplies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to uphold craftsmanship standards and customer specifications.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce workplace safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Vendor and Client Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed to address production issues, resolve technical queries, and ensure project milestones are met.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role within a retail fabrication factory setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in wooden, metal, and acrylic fabrication techniques; familiarity with the production of Glorifiers, Gondolas, Bars, Display Units, Wall Bays, SIS, FSU, and Signages preferred.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Reliability**: Dependable and trustworthy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
