**Position: QA Supervisor**

**Location: Delhi(India)**

**Key Responsibility**:

- Oversee team members (e.g. PT of different departments from different RBUs) to deliver predefined KPIs within budget,
- Ensure teams adherence to company and functional policies and SOPs
- Ensure consistence execution of improvement initiatives across team members to deliver improvement of customer satisfaction, shrinkge cost avoidance and productivity improvement.
- Ensure team members consistence excution of Preventive Quality Model through all processes, provide guidance for teams to deliver right quality product with lowest prices by considering both product requirement and production control
- Provide guidance and support to team members to drive supplier or factory improvement in order to provide right quality product at lowest prices
- Interpret and understand Company Strategy, as workstream(s) leaders of GM/Divisonal level strategy upon assigned.
- Develop and continuously improve processes to drive results efficiently and effectively.
- Support planning, excution and lead the change management of strategic and business improvement projects.
- Ensure supplier base quality performance continuous improvement by derive and execute product/production based strategy or tactics;
- Engage with Strategic and selective Core suppliers to assess, build & improve their QA capabilities under the Supplier Engagement framework;
- Develope high performing teams, recognise & reward high performance while manage underperforming team members.
- Ensure team members (Quality Global Department Lead) cconduct gap analysis on the capability of PT and factories aross regioons. Leading 3rd-party laboratory cross region gap analysis and correlation test, if necessary.
- Provide timely feedback and advice to key stakeholders.
- Ensure technical documents under his/her profolio are up-to-date and align knowledge/understanding across regions/continents, including emerging and diversifed market by sharing/coaching/calibration

**Requirement**:

- 5 - 7 years working experience prefer in sourcing office environment
- Gradurate in Science, Technology or Engineering discipline
- Intensive knowledge of product compliance & quality and manufacturer experience in hardgood is preferred
- Capable of handling high-pressure environment, active listening and strong communication skill to work with stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving capability, detail mind and understand the importance of right problem solving and preventive action implementation.
