**Primary responsibilties**:
>Ensure the shadow audit of QC inspector is carry out to ensure the performance of the inspector.
>Ensure a regular meeting is carried out with the inspectors to update and review the quality of the inspection.
>To ensure the failed and pending inspection report is managed properly with QA and Merchandiser
> To ensure the inspection summary updated and provide the monthly statistical report
>Ensure the self inspection is established and roll out
> Support and carry out inspection where necessary during peak season
>Ensure QC work adherence to Kmart policy and quality standard.
>Work with 3rd party to ensure the consistence quality standard.
>Work on PIR. claims and investigation and CAP follow up.
> Provide Statistic report and visibility of the supplier quality performance.
>Escalate to high level on outstanding and critical issues.
> Ensure the consistence and accuracy in put in DSS.
> Establish good team work and align with UGR.
>Ensure the self inspection supplier is well trained according to Kmart SOP.
>Strictly follow Kmart code of conduct to do inspection
>Ensure and control the 3rd party and QC’s inspection cost
- >Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements
>Reported and identified hazards are actioned
>Report site incidents

**Technique skills required**:
Technical knowledge & Quality skill required
Leadership & supervisory skills;
Proficient analytical and reporting Skills;
Written and spoken English skills
