We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to manage interior/exterior construction works in residential/commercial buildings.

**Responsibilities**:
Read architecture drawings to execute works from dismantling/demolition to final handover to client.

Prepare requirements for material as per the construction program.

Monitor the creative process from concept to project administration to ensure the coherence of design concepts.

Ability to maintain an overview of the entire project by means of Daily Progress Reports, Project Status Report, Schedule Compliance Reports, and Material Tracking Reports etc.

Act as the main technical advisor on site for contractors, craftspeople, and operatives.

Read technical architectural drawings to aptly supervise execution on site.

Ensure that all materials used and work-performed are in accordance with the specifications and to oversee QC, health, and safety issues on the site.

Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and contractors.

Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, contractors, office staff to keep them up to date on issues and progress on a timely basis.

Ensure that the company's quality standards are being maintained in all works on site.

Must be comfortable commuting between 2-3 sites on a daily basis.

Drive to work sites, suggested locations, and client meetings regularly.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.

Must possess minimum 2 years or relevant experience.

A keen eye for details.
