**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day assembly operations of modular furniture such as wardrobes, kitchen units, workstations, tables, and loose furniture.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure proper interpretation of drawings and specifications.
- Allocate tasks to assembly staff and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Conduct quality checks during and after assembly to ensure alignment, fittings, and finishing standards.
- Monitor material usage, component availability, and raise requisitions if needed.
- Train and guide assembly workers for improved productivity and safety compliance.
- Maintain daily production and assembly reports.
- Ensure all tools and machines are used correctly and maintained properly.
- Address any technical or operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Production Manager.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in supervising furniture or modular product assembly in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking hardware, fittings, materials, and modular systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly layouts.
- Good team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in factory environments.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Carpentry, Furniture Technology, or related field.
- Experience in modular furniture or interior manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
