**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Furniture Projects

**Location**: Gurgaon
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate furniture installation projects at client sites, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing on-site teams, liaising with clients, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the smooth delivery and installation of furniture products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site, including delivery, assembly, and installation of furniture.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, warehouse teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
- Review project plans, drawings, and material requirements before site execution.
- Ensure that all site work complies with company quality standards and client specifications.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring all workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain site records including attendance, progress reports, material usage, and incident reports.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes.
- Manage on-site workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate the handover process, including final inspections and client sign-offs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a site supervisor, preferably in the furniture, fit-out, or interior industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
