Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon

Reports To: Line Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly diagrams.

Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies for machines and automation systems.

Fit and align components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, and fitting of parts as per design requirements.

Inspect finished components for accuracy and conformance to specifications.

Perform machine installation, alignment, and basic troubleshooting at the site or client location (if required).

Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized condition.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support in testing and commissioning of machines.

Collaborate with engineers and other departments to resolve fitting and assembly issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade.

1-7 years of relevant experience in machine assembly, preferably in the automation or SPM industry.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.

Basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.

Physical stamina and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel for on-site assembly and service (if required).

Preferred Qualities:
Experience in assembly of laser machines, testing machines, or other automated equipment.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task efficiently.

Good team player with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
