# Key Responsibilities
## Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for founders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements
- Organize meetings, team events, and office operations
- Process confidential documents and communications
## Project Management
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover
- Prepare and send initial product information and price quotes
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups
- Generate daily/weekly reports on calling activities
- Support in achieving monthly lead generation targets
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Create and maintain presentation materials
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional team initiatives
## Communication
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications
