
Executive Assistant to Founder

**Responsibilities**:
- Travel booking
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Helping prepare for meetings
- Provide general administrative support
- Create report on daily basis and submit it to the Founder
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to CEO/Founder
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Should be excellent in Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Location - Kolkata**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
