We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Associate to join the Founder's Office—a dynamic, generalist role that offers unmatched exposure across departments and decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

Admin & Operations

  • Maintain founder schedules, coordinate travel, events, and internal meetings
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day studio administration
  • Help document internal processes and track team deliverables

Business Development Support

  • Align calendars, schedule and prepare for BD meetings
  • Assist with proposal preparation, pitch decks, and follow-ups
  • Attend key meetings to take notes, track actionables, and ensure timely execution

People & Culture

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job descriptions, scheduling, screening)
  • Coordinate with department heads on hiring and team structuring
  • Help nurture a positive and high-performance work culture

Strategic Support

  • Be the sounding board and right hand for the founders
  • Step in wherever needed—be it idea execution, campaign planning, or team coordination

Experience Level:

0–2 years of work experience (freshers with exceptional skills & hunger to learn are welcome)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
