
Front Desk Receptionist

Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner within 3 rings
- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally
- Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
- Give telephonic and direct appointment to patient & MR or other person
- Registration of OPD patient & admission of IPD patient in HMS
- Bill patients and receipt moneys
- Attain all telephonic calls, pass on to other rooms or floors.(EPBX)
- Arrangement of reception & consulting as per checklist
- Maintain records of inward & outward register
- Arranging of newspapers, magazines, letters & envelops come by mail
- Keep reception areas clean and tidy.
- Maintain working knowledge of the appointment system i.e. times of all clinics,
duration of appointments, knowledge of computer system, doctors rotas,
procedures for booking routine and urgent appointments
- Proper filling of OPD case paper
- Coordination with doctor, OPD nurse, sweepers, administrator and security during OPD time
- Handling petty cash
- Maintain register of outside home visit and billing process
- Maintain BMW card
- Follow indent system for required items requisition & stock maintaining.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
