The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and clients at This role involves managing front-office operations, handling inquiries efficiently, and providing a warm and professional welcome to everyone who visits or contacts the office.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
Maintain visitor records and issue passes as needed.
Communication Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally.
Handle student/parent inquiries and provide basic information about services.
Front Office Operations
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional look.
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs for calls, inquiries, and visitors.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly front desk reports.
- Handle courier and postal services efficiently.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred).
- Experience: 02 years of experience as a receptionist or in front-office operations (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
