Export Sales

One will work closely with the sales and marketing teams (Of 4 Members) to achieve targets, develop campaigns, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features and benefits.
- Track and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [Biodegradable, Plastics, Ceramic & Metal industry].
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyse data and create actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary range - 7K to 25K / Month based on experiance

Location - Preferably Rajkot, Ahmedabad & Baroda
