**Salary**: 12000- 16000
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring effective resolutions.
- Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer service is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Fluency in **Hindi and English** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
