Controller's function
- Monitoring Controls through COSO Framework. (The COSO Framework is a system used to establish internal controls to be integrated into business processes.) COSO is an acronym for the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations. The committee created the framework in 1992, led by Executive Vice President and General Counsel, James Treadway, Jr. along with several private sector organizations, including the following: - American Accounting Association, Financial Executives International, The Institute of Internal Auditors, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Institute of Management Accountants (formerly the National Association of Cost Accountants)
- Continuous Control Monitoring through the Tool implemented couple of years ago. IFC Testing / Reviews & Co-ordination with Units till the Board Reporting. Internal Audit Reports (CMS Reports) Regulations, Follow Up for Actions and presenting Status to CFO
- UAR & AVM Monitoring & Reviews, Escalations & Follow Ups
- SOD Conflicts Regulation, Reporting and Monitoring
- Ethics Counsellor’s Co-Ordinator for the MEAL
- Balance Sheet, Budgeting, Cash Flow Planning and Actuals
- Balance Sheet Budgeting
- Depreciation Forecasts
- Amortisation Forecasts
- Actual Depreciation / Amortisation Comparisons and Reviews
- Seamless Loading of Budgets in Hyperion by using various Forms
- Cash Planning & Working Capital Management & Improvement - Through Monitoring -Monthly Cash flows / Reporting & Roll Over Cashflow
- Cash Forecasts on Monthly & Weekly basis with Iterations
- Daily Cash Planning and Funds allocation at Sector Level / Corporate Slice payment decisions

**Long Description**
- GST Accounting and Payments at M&M Levl
- Control / Optimum Utilisation of ITC & Authorisations
- GST Accounting at Company Level / Divisional Level
- GST Settlements across Divisions
- Co-ordination with Units for resolving GST mismatches

**Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in Manufacturing Finance as well as Marketing Finance.
- Should have worked in Consolidation roles and Financial reporting
- Well versed with GST Laws

**Industry Preferred**

**Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant with 14-16 years of experience
