Financial Controller

JOB SUMMARY:
A key member of the corporate controlling team, this role will work closely with India and Global teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial results, strengthen financial control environment and support in various audits.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:
- Responsible for preparing & analysing Monthly P&L and Balance sheet.
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting including Hyperion and attending management and group queries.
- Preparation of annual financial statements and Notes to accounts
- Co-ordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Ensuring accounting hygiene, monthly review of Trial Balance and Balance sheet schedules.
- Lead automation drive to enhance control and efficiency.
- Responsible for the overall control environment of the business
- Lead the India shared service team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Expert knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS
- Exposure to systems like HFM, Anaplan, JDE will be an advantage.
- Good team player; capable of leading a team.
Pay: ₹1,711,288.60 - ₹2,888,795.17 per year
