**Job Overview**:
The **Financial Controller** will oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring smooth cash flow, accurate accounting, and fiscal discipline. This role involves cash flow management, budgeting, accounts receivable oversight, and banking operations, with a focus on supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cash Flow Management: Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts, ensure timely payments, and maintain liquidity.
- Budgeting: Assist in budgeting, track variances, and provide actionable insights for financial planning.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure timely collections, manage credit policies, and support cash inflows.
- Banking Operations: Handle daily banking activities, reconcile accounts, and maintain strong bank relationships.
- Accounting and Reporting: Oversee financial transactions, maintain ledger integrity, and ensure timely financial reporting compliance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in managing financial data.
- Proactive and strategic mindset to anticipate financial needs and support business goals.
- Proven expertise in real estate or contracting industries with a focus on cash flow control, budgeting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller in the real estate or contracting industry.
- Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems used in real estate or contracting.
- Leadership qualities to mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
