**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Supplier Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and packaging supplies to support production schedules.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

Logistics Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Production Support:

- Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability of materials to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address any supply chain disruptions and minimize production downtime.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and logistics operations.
- Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and supplier contracts.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the packaging industry.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
