- **Software proficiency**: Experience with supply chain and inventory management systems, such as ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- **Analytical and problem-solving**: Strong ability to analyze data to find solutions and improve processes.
- **Communication and negotiation**: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Organizational skills**: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- **Procurement**: Manage the purchasing of raw materials and products by coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- **Logistics and distribution**: Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and physical logistics of goods to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory levels.
- **Data analysis and reporting**: Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and create reports for management.
- **Compliance and problem-solving**: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant guidelines and regulations, and resolve issues such as delays or quality concerns.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work with other departments to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with overall business oobjectives
