Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of best practices in supply chain management and sourcing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain sourcing or procurement roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of international sourcing and logistics is desirable.

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
