Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Department: Operations / Logistics

**Job Type**: Full-Time

About the Role:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to support our
- procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management processes. The role requires strong
- coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of supply
- chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor follow

ups, and sourcing.
- Track and maintain inventory levels; ensure timely restocking and avoid

overstock/shortages.
- Coordinate inward and outward logistics — shipments, deliveries, and dispatches.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality

expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock levels, invoices, and supplier

data.
- Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams (R&D, Sales, Accounts) to meet

demand.
- Assist in planning material requirements based on project timelines and consumption

forecasts.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory, vendor performance, and order status.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality checks.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or inventory software

(Zoho/Tally/SAP).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and regional languages.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or

related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a supply chain, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Bonus: Experience in the education, manufacturing, or aerospace domain is a plus.
