**Job Title: Executive Supply Chain & Logistics**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Supply Chain & Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to streamline the supply chain process from procurement to distribution.

2. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards are met.

3. Analyze and optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and improve delivery times.

4. Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.

5. Utilize data analytics and forecasting tools to predict demand and plan inventory accordingly.

6. Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.

7. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain and logistics operations.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

10. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree
- 1 to 2 experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
