Senior Supply Chain Executive (BPO)

Position: Senior Supply Chain Executive (BPO)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Summary:
Prior experience in working with IT/Software is a must. Experience with US/UK customers is a plus. Good communication skills required.

**Job Description**:
Process and enter data based on define procedures and guidelines.

Making sure of the data accuracy

Working with overseas clients

Escalating and resolving inadequate data or information

Achieving targets for both quantity and quality

Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Determine key supply chain KPIs.

Suggest solutions for process improvements.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Train and evaluate others.

Provide constructive feedback.

Work with the finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.

Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in BPO with data entry

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience interacting with overseas clients (US/UK)

Willing to work in Rotational shift timings and night shifts

Flair to take challenges and handle multi tasks

Qualifications:
Degree/PG, MBA will be an added advantage

Should have good working knowledge on computer

Knowledge of ERP software is a must

Knowledge of EXCEL is a must

**Benefits**:
