
Hotel Front Desk Executive

*Undertake front office duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
*Book reservations for corporates, individuals, families and groups as required
*Schedule special services like pick-up/drop, etc., as per guest requirements
*Guide guests to local amenities and sight seeing venues
*Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
*Maintain check-in and check-out details in physical and digital formats
*Be comfortable working on Hotel Reservation Softwares
*Well versed in working with MS-Word/Excel/Powerpoint
*Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
*Administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner
*Undertake any other ad-hoc duties (restaurant, house-keeping, etc) relevant to the post, as and when required
*Co-ordinate with all departments like kitchen, house-keeping, F&B, etc.
*Be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes
*Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times
*Administer all routes of reservations to ensure that room bookings/cancellations are processed efficiently and recorded accurately
*Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests
*Report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
