
Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Check-in/Check-out**:
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations according to hotel procedures.
- **Reservations Management**:
- **Guest Services**:
Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries and assist with any special requests (e.g., room preferences, transportation arrangements).
- **Phone Handling**:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, addressing guest needs and inquiries effectively.
- **Guest Concerns & Complaints**:
Address any guest concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Escalate issues to management as necessary.
- **Payment Processing**:
Handle guest payments accurately, including cash, credit card, or other payment methods, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- **Room Assignment & Upgrades**:
Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability. Promote room upgrades or special offers when appropriate.
- **Check-in Documentation**:
Ensure all guest registration details are accurately recorded in the hotel management system. Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- **Safety & Security**:
Maintain a secure and safe environment by following hotel security protocols and ensuring guest information is handled confidentially.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining guest records, processing daily reports, and managing hotel correspondence.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**:
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and prompt responses to requests.
- **Maintain Lobby Area**:
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
