
Hotel Front Office Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Check-In & Check-Out**:
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in promptly, and provide them with all necessary information.
- Process guest check-outs, ensuring billing and payment are handled accurately.
- Ensure that all guest requests and requirements are met efficiently during the check-in/check-out process.
- Assist guests with room keys, directions, and any other inquiries they may have.
- **Reservations Management**:
- Manage reservations using the hotel’s reservation system, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Confirm reservations and communicate any changes or updates to guests.
- Handle group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations as necessary.
- **Guest Services & Communication**:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or provide the requested information.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information to guests regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and other services.
- Maintain clear communication with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate guest records, including special requests, preferences, and billing information.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and reports as required.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with hotel policies.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, pens).
- **Security & Safety**:
- Follow hotel security protocols to ensure guest safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensure that guest information is handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with emergency situations, including evacuations or alerts, as necessary.
- **Special Duties**:
- Assist with concierge duties, including booking transportation, restaurant reservations, or arranging tours.
- Coordinate wake-up calls and other special requests as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination for group check-ins, events, and conference reservations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
