- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Front Desk**:_
- Managing the Front Desk / Reception Area
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and screen all incoming/outgoing telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; take accurate messages with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and manage the reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and maintain related records.
- **Administrative Support**:_
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, conference setups, and internal meetings.
- Provide support in travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees or guests.
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping support to ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Support HR/Admin team in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Performing other administrative tasks as and when required.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and functioning properly.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a front desk/reception or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
