Executive - Billing & Administration Male for Bangalore for Healthcare Industry

**Billing**:
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, or service logs.

Track and reconcile billing data, payment statuses, and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

Coordinate with the finance team for monthly closures, audits, and reports.

Maintain and update billing systems and records.

Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting as required.

**Administration**:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination under supervision of Central Team.

Ensure smooth office operations and facility management.

Handle employee reimbursements, petty cash management, and related documentation.

Maintain records related to contracts, licenses, insurance, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with Procurement / Operations / IT / Admin departments for the requirements and smooth functioning.

Must have Two Wheeler

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
