
Invoice Administrator

_**Job Description**_
Responsible for creating invoices with inventory and credit memos, issuing them to clients.
Prepare account balances
Manage debts or any other inconsistencies
Calculate receivable bills
Update the accounting system
Deliver invoices and bills and to customers
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Create account statements for customers
Send reminders for payments and contact customers when needed
Statutory Knowledge
Should be having Tally software knowledge.
**Preferably from Trading/ Manufacturing industry**
**Minimum experience 4 to 5 years**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
