Billing Invoice Executive

**Experience**:1-4 years

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary**: 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Invoice Management**:

- Prepare and generate invoices for products/services provided.
- Ensure all billing information is accurate and complete.
- Verify pricing, discounts, and taxes applied to invoices.
- **Accounts Reconciliation**:

- Track and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address overdue accounts and payment issues.
- **Data Entry and Record Maintenance**:

- Update billing records and customer accounts in the system.
- Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, receipts, and related correspondence.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with customers regarding billing queries, payment terms, and invoice details.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, customer service, and finance) for invoice-related concerns.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial standards.
- Stay updated with changes in invoicing practices or tax rules.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and invoicing standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,166.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month
