This role is the opportunity to wow learners by creating learning collateral that’s world class. If you are creative and artistic, and are passionate about using these strengths to create engaging learning experiences for adult corporate learners, this role will offer you amazing opportunities to create impact. Be it PPT slides, docs, psychometric reports or app and website pages, you will have an opportunity to contribute in many ways that are fulfilling. This role is NOT for e-learning designs. The role supports live online/offline learning experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Create fun and engaging world class learning visuals based on story boards. This includes converting story boards into PPT slides or other software we use, creating online and offline participant guides, branding accessories, etc.
- Work with sales to create custom-made proposals for clients
- Design documents like reports of psychometric instruments
- Create a high-engagement look and feel for online content, including online participant guides, website/app pages, etc.
- Deliver against aggressive time lines and demanding customers.
**Skills needed**
- Familiarity with the learning and development industry and understanding of creating learning designs using inputs from SMEs.
- Deep expertise in various tools like PPT, Keynote, Google/Z docs, interactive PDFs, and their latest siblings, etc.
- Ability to research and identify tools that will enrich live learning experiences like poll tools, online collaboration tools, like Jamboard, Slido, Mural, etc.
- Ability to understand learning environments and advise on learning experience designs.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders inside and outside the company.
- Prioritizing, organizing, and working at a high speed and quality.
**Eligibility**
- Training and/or 5+ years experience in creating learning designs for a variety of early career to experienced audiences
- Certifications in various tools/technologies.
- Experience of working with SMEs in converting their inputs into learning experiences
- Analytical ability, communication and influencing skills needed to manage senior stakeholders
- Deep passion for engaging, learner-centric designs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
