**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Curriculum Development**:

- Design and structure educational programs, courses, and materials aligned with learning objectives.
- Ensure the content is engaging, interactive, and effective for varied audiences.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Develop high-quality instructional content, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as animations, simulations, and voiceovers to enhance learning experiences.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into instructional materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and video editors to bring learning solutions to life.

**4. Technology Integration**:

- Leverage modern e-learning tools and technologies to deliver interactive content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in learning management systems (LMS), gamification, and mobile learning.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine learning designs.
- Ensure all materials meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing learning programs (preferably in a corporate or academic setting).
- Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content creation.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Creative thinker with a passion for designing impactful learning experiences.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learner needs and industry-specific requirements.
- Knowledge of visual design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
