**Role Summary**:
Conceptualise and lead strategic design solutions for a wide range of marketing and communications requirements for Trove Experiences. Work in collaboration with content writer to create campaigns and communications for digital and offline media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead design thinking, development and deployment for other offline marketing tactics such as branded collateral, direct mail, promotional materials for events, PR, etc.
- Collaborate with content writing function and marketing/communications specialists to ideate and execute effective campaigns.
- Ensure design language for all consumer-facing communications is consistent and in line with brand guidebook.
- Plan a weekly and monthly content calendar for both organic and paid social media posts.
- Present concepts and recommendations to larger marketing team.
- Attend events and experiences to capture and create content.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / Advertising / Art or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience working in a design / advertising firm / consultancy / agency.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design skills, specifically in the digital space.
- Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative campaigns in both print and digital space.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, composition, etc.
- Deep knowledge of design softwares, i.e. CS Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Proficient in video editing softwares.
- Working knowledge of HTML, and 3D.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of production fundamentals for both print and digital.

- Passion for content and graphic story telling. Ability to use graphic design in a way that clarifies and elevates concepts, narratives and presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills,
- A keen interest in popular culture, commerce, and new advertising trends and techniques.
- A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
- Proactive and able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to problem-solve and come up with creative solutions.
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
