- 6-8 years

Role & Responsibilities

  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and videocontent creation
  • Strong expertise in visual design principles:typography, colour theory, layout, grid systems,

and composition

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularlyIndesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Corel Draw
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign,Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Create compelling and effective designs and videosfor digital media
  • Experience in branding and identity design (logosystems, visual guidelines, design systems)
  • Ability to translate business and brand objectivesinto compelling visual solutions
  • Experience of working with external agencies orcreative vendors
  • Ability to lead visual direction for projects andmentor junior designers
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functionalteams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tightdeadlines.
  • Exposure to B2B / corporate communication design is an added advantage.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency ofdesigns across various divisions of the company
  • Take complete ownership and accountability of theassigned projects.
  • Video ideation, scripting, planning, shooting,production with final output
  • Deliver high quality videos for various marketingplatforms
  • Identify best practices for video and evolve dailyoperations as necessary
