Customer Service
- Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serves the customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met
- Manages, researches, and resolves highly complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

Job specification
- Efficiently write or review accurate estimates based on photos, with opportunity to learn and leverage video inspection skills, Condition vehicles and prepare reports for customers to settle total loss claims, Review and discuss subrogation demands/estimates with Third Party Carriers and/or Repair facilities
- Perform parts searches, Review, reconcile, and discuss (Phone/Virtually) estimates with, repair facilities, customers and claimants
- Flexibility to work independently as part of a virtual team. Required to travel to local office periodically
- The ability to work independently starting your day from home
- In our virtual environment, estimators are required to engage and participate on camera during online meetings and trainings

Requirement
- Graduates preferred
- Experience
- 2-6 years
- Shifts
- 24*7
- Prior experience in Voice Process and a zeal to learn about Vehicles and write Estimates
- View problems and setbacks as opportunities for improvement and look forward to producing creative solutions
- Clear and professional communication - both written and verbal

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - 411014, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
