**Job responsibilities**

**BODYSHOP ADVISOR**

1. Body Shop Advisors are responsible for capturing customers demand and completion of all demanded repairs up to the customer’s satisfaction.

2. Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer's needs and accurate demanded.

3. Understand repair by using probing sheet.

4. Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.).

5. Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.

6. Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.

7. Ensure clear and precise service invoices that shows parts, labour and lubricant charges.

8. Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints as per promised time.

9. Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time.

10. Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer’s satisfaction.

11. Pre invoice to be checked by each advisor before final bill.

12. Send Photo updates to customers on work progress

13. Do N+1 calling to all customers

14. Achieve Parts, Labour and VAS targets.

15. Maintain Customer Delight Minimum 80%.

Pay: ₹12,602.45 - ₹18,000.00 per month
