We are growing **_fast_** and looking for those who are eager to become a long-term valued member of our _**DR4S Auto Solutions**_ family. The Body Shop Advisor role is a base **_plus_** commission paid position. Expected yearly earnings are up to 22000

**_Duties & Responsibilities of a Body Shop Advisor: _**
- Assures customer needs and service requests are completed timely to estimates
- Follow the status of a customer's from service entry through completion of work
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Works with department Management to meet service goals
- Provides customers with progress reports and other communications as needed
- Facilitate extended warranty claims
- Provides premier customer service and communicates any changes to the customer
- Exhibits good time management skills and processes including scheduling of work, duties and hours/units
- Works with department manager and technicians for optimal services and timing of unit completion including documentation of services performed
- Promotes company culture, goals, and expectations with sound business practices and maintaining best practices for the industry, promotes teamwork and individual success

**_Qualifications of a Body Shop Advisor: _**
- Body Shop Advisor experience in the same or similar industry
- Be customer service oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and technicians
- Able to learn new proprietary computer system and use it effectively
- Maintain a drug free workplace
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be insurable by the Company insurance carrier
- Show attention to detail
- Always show professionalism
