**Role specific skillsets**:
**Financial Due Diligence**
- Lead the financial due diligenceengagement along with Manager and make sure that the Quality and timelines anticipatedare adhere to by team
- To analyze the financial resultsof companies and develop good understanding of business model.
- To keep all information obtainedduring due diligence process. Do lease, operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits,if required. Generate ideas and share within the team.
- To write reports on the findingsnoted during diligence process
- To support on addressing duediligence findings and incorporating in the relevant sections of the SPA
- Should guide and monitor the team duringthe engagement and be strong at documentation of the work

**M&A,End to End Advisory**
- To support M&A mandates andtransactions with end to end advisory
- Constructing teasers, Pitch books, Information Memorandum for the clients
- Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clients
- Support to provide advice on capital structure
- To assist in project managing transactions, overseeing the negotiation of terms and developing proposals to raise funds
- Preparing financial model and developing assumptions validating the model
- To assist in preparing opinionnotes, memos for acquisition/ joint venture establishment
- To assist work on a project whichmight run over a short term to long term horizon
- Should be a strong team player

**_ To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,_**
- 1-2 years of applicable work experiencein: Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory
- Actively involved in financial duediligence
- Experience in coordinating, and managingclients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a project
- Oral and written communicationshould be good
- Should have a strong reportwriting skills with very good control over the language
- Shouldhave a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power point
- Havingexperience in Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced excel and M&A tools will be anadded advantage
