**Role Overview**:
As an Admin & Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, coordinating with teams, maintaining data and documentation, and providing support in social media marketing. This internship will give you exposure to multiple functions within a growing EdTech company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in smooth coordination among different departments and team members.
- Maintain records, manage data, and prepare official documents and reports.
- Support operations team with scheduling, logistics, and internal communication.
- Provide administrative assistance including filing, procurement support, and vendor follow-ups.
- Assist HR in onboarding coordination, attendance follow-ups, and basic employee record-keeping.
- Support in content creation, posting, and monitoring of social media marketing activities.
- Contribute to organizing workshops, events, and company initiatives.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation (preferred: Management, Commerce, Arts, or related fields).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and work independently when required.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Duration & Benefits**:
- Internship Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance).

Opportunity for extended engagement or full-time role (based on performance & organizational requirement).
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
