Key Responsibilities

Office Management
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, purchases, and upkeep
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and basic facilities are in order

Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, agreements, and internal documents
- Handle filing systems—both digital and physical
- Ensure proper documentation for new vendors or service providers

Admin Coordination
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Coordinate courier services, mail handling, and office deliveries
- Support onboarding logistics (desk setup, ID cards, welcome kits, etc.)

Compliance Support
- Assist in ensuring statutory and legal compliance for the premises (fire safety, AMC renewals, etc.)
- Work with HR or Finance to ensure timely renewals and document submission.

General Support
- Be the go-to person for any ad-hoc admin support required by other departments

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in office administration or facilities management

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working with MS Office

Fluent in English and Hindi

Ability to work independently, with a high sense of ownership

Good negotiation and coordination skills
