**Receptionist cum Admin Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Communication**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception desk
- Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Manage company landline and intercom systems
**Travel & Logistics Coordination**:
- Handle domestic travel bookings (flights, trains, cabs, hotels) for staff and management
- Maintain travel records and ensure approvals/documentation are in place
- Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs for employees or guests
**Exhibition & Event Logistics**
- Assist in bookings for exhibitions and trade events
- Coordinate exhibition-related logistics such as material dispatch, passes, and accommodation
- Follow up with vendors and organizers for approvals and support materials
**Office Supplies & Stationery**:
- Track and maintain inventory of office stationery and pantry supplies
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and waiting area
**Utility & Admin Bills**:
- Collect and process bills related to electricity, water, internet, mobile, and other utilities
- Maintain proper documentation and submit bills for approval and payment
- Follow up with vendors/service providers on any billing or service issues
**General Administration**:
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, vendor visits, and small office events
- Maintain admin files, registers, and asset records (e.g., phones, SIMs, ID cards)
- Support other departments in basic admin coordination when required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (1-3 years preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
