Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities Receptionist cum Admin Duties**
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Maintain records of office assets and ensure proper documentation.

MIS Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis as per company requirements.
- Compile, verify, and analyze data for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

General Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support HR, finance, or other departments with data or administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Key Skills & Competencies

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage professionally with clients, vendors, and employees.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with MIS tools and data management systems.

**Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

**Analytical Skills**: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Time Management**: Ability to meet deadlines and handle workload efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, reception, or MIS reporting. Previous experience in handling MIS reporting is highly preferred.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

**Working Conditions**

**Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
