**JOB DESCRIPION**
- **Managing office operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of an office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and systems
- **Coordinating meetings**: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- **Communicating with staff and clients**: Field questions from staff, clients, and business partners
- **Preparing and storing information**: Organize and store information in paper and digital form
- **Handling confidential information**: Be able to handle sensitive information with care and professionalism
**Skills**:
- **Organizational skills**: Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- **Attention to detail**: Be able to issue accurate reports and documents
- **Communication skills**: Be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- **Interpersonal skills**: Be able to build strong relationships with staff and clients
- **Knowledge of office procedures**: Have a solid understanding of how an office operates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
