**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They are responsible for handling front desk operations, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure conference rooms are properly set up.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements when necessary.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Support HR and Admin teams with tasks like scheduling interviews or onboarding new employees.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company to visitors and callers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Work Schedule**:
