**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in setting the company’s technical vision, driving innovation, and leading the tech team across all product and client development projects. You’ll work directly with the founders and business team to align tech strategy with business goals while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and lead the technical strategy and architecture across all products and platforms.
- Lead end-to-end product development: from discovery and design to deployment and scaling.
- Build and manage scalable, secure, and high-performing tech solutions using modern stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Flutter, Python, etc.).
- Hire, mentor, and manage developers, engineers, and tech interns.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Oversee infrastructure and DevOps (DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar).
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and evaluate how they can benefit the company.
- Drive innovation with AI/LLM integrations and automation where relevant.
- Manage technical documentation, code reviews, and release management.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in modern tech stacks (JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Flutter, etc.).
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and security best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and team management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in AI tools, prompt engineering, or LLM-based integrations.
- Background in startups or product-based companies.
- Experience with Chrome Extensions or automation tools.
- Prior experience working with founders and fast-moving teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
