**Company Overview**:Comprint Tech Solutions is a forward-thinking technology company committed to delivering innovative B2B products. Our current and upcoming projects include a comprehensive asset lifecycle management tool, a rental management platform, and an IT services management platform tailored for the AMC business. We’re also focused on building efficient systems and processes across every department to drive operational excellence.

**Role Overview**:The CTO will be responsible for setting the technical vision and strategy for all our product lines and internal systems. This leader will oversee rapid, agile product development while building and mentoring their own high-performance team. Formal education is not a strict requirement; however, deep fundamentals and robust work experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technology Strategy & Roadmap**:

- Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement a multi-product roadmap covering:

- Asset lifecycle management (from procurement to recycling).
- Rental management platform.
- IT services management platform for AMC business.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across all systems.
- **Product Development & Innovation**:

- Lead rapid, agile development cycles for multiple platforms ensuring speed and agility in product builds.
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust internal systems and processes across every department.
- Encourage innovation through the adoption of modern development practices, cloud-based solutions, and microservices architecture.
- **Team Building & Leadership**:

- Build, mentor, and manage a self-sufficient technical team capable of executing on aggressive timelines.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and agile methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including design, product management, and operations) to ensure alignment on product objectives.
- **Operational Excellence & Process Design**:

- Develop and enforce systems and processes not only for product development but for every department, enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
- Establish best practices for quality assurance, system security, and data integrity.
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows to support rapid scaling.
- **Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party solutions when necessary.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms to executive leadership and board members.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven work experience with a strong track record of building and scaling B2B products, particularly in IT asset management, rental platforms, or IT services.
- Deep understanding of fundamental technical principles and practical experience in full-stack development, cloud architectures, and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build and lead agile product development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Formal education is not mandatory; equivalent hands-on experience and proven results are highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,089,342.26 - ₹2,549,686.44 per year
