**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering
and bidding processes, especially for Government and corporate procurement platforms like GeM.

**Job Title: Tender Executive**

**Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India (On-site only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Upload tenders and manage listings on the Government E-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Monitor and track live tenders and bidding activities.

Ensure timely submission of bids, proposals, and relevant documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect required data for tender submissions.

Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and GeM guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation and records of tenders and bids.

Resolve queries and handle communication related to GeM tenders from departments and clients.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with GeM portal operations.

Proven experience in uploading tenders and handling government procurement processes.

Strong understanding of public sector procurement and bidding procedures.

Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for
Commerce/Accounts
background).
- Experience: Prior experience in tendering, bid submission, or procurement operations
preferred.
- Freshers with strong skills and learning attitude may also apply

**Salary**:

- ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

**Office Timings**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
