Experience on online tender and bid management related to Hiring of Vehicles /Logistics

end-to-end tender process

Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on online tender and bid management.
- Identify potential suppliers and maintain a robust supplier database, conducting market research and supplier evaluations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, from identifying procurement needs to contract award, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Draft tender documents, including requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs), ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for tender documents, and provide guidance on evaluation criteria and selection criteria.
- Advertise tenders on online platforms and portals, manage bidder inquiries, and facilitate bid submissions.
- Evaluate bids and proposals, conduct bid analysis and supplier negotiations, and recommend award decisions based on value for money and alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
- Monitor supplier performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, including contract files, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on online tender and bid management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation principles.
- Experience in managing online tender platforms and portals, such as e-procurement systems or government tender portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Familiarity with transportation or logistics industry practices and regulations is a plus.
